Eftihia is a documentary photographer from Lancaster, Pennsylvania in the United States, and now living in Florence, Italy. Her work captures everyday life with a focus on quiet detail and emotional depth. Guided by a documentary sensibility, she photographs people, places, and moments — from street photography, portraits to lifestyle, product, and editorial stories. Eftihia's photography has been featured in Athens Magazine, AOL, The Florentine Magazine, Natural Awakenings Magazine, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Yahoo Finance and on the social media platforms of FUL – Florence Urban Lifestyle, AFAR, and Condé Nast Traveler. Her work has been shown at Galerie Joseph Le Palais in Paris, France, and will be on display at Vine Bar in Lancaster, Pennsylvania from December 12, 2025 through March 2026.
